How to Cancel

• Mention your Order ID and reason for cancellation.

Refunds After Cancellation

• Refunds processed within 14 days of receiving cancellation request and returned Goods (if applicable).
• Refunds made using the same payment method used for the Order.
• No additional fees charged for cancellation.

Conditions

• Goods must be in original packaging if already shipped.
• Sale items and customized products are non‑cancellable.
